"SureStay is a hotel that we will be keeping on our places to stay while in Castlegar! The rooms were updated, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked like a charm which was great as the temperatures were heating up during our stay. The staff were top notch - friendly, super accommodating and very welcoming - and any time we needed anything, they were happy to oblige really quickly (soap refill, extra towels and garbage bags, etc.). "Super friendly front desk staff. Very accommodating with my luggage. They even carried it down the stairs for me. The room was clean with comfy beds and pillows. Highly recommend this place as it has a good location to everything. Also a bonus you are able to use the pool hot tub and fitness facilities at the resort."
