"This is a first class hotel. The staff at reception are wonderful ( particularly the gentleman of Indian heritage), they could not be more helpful. The hotel is scrupulously clean and highly maintained and all areas are kept to that standard. Breakfast buffet is fantastic and again the staff are exceptional. Plenty of choices and very well laid out. The hotel is located extremely well and is undercover walking distance to JR Kawasaki station and 2 major shopping malls. There’s plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies within a 2 minute walk as well. We stayed 6 nights and it is a great base for day trips ( Tokyo Disneyland and Kamakura are a couple we did) . All round it is a great hotel made even better by the staff and the location. 10/10 from us"

"Convenient location, steps away from subway station, with supermarket and restaurants right downstairs. Amazing view, spacious rooms. Slightly dated but clean and very well-kept. The main entrance is hard to spot, the sign inside the shopping center is hidden, the elevator to the lobby feels like a dark, back entrance. Staff is very helpful, super long line during check-in hour, like 8-10 people in queue, even with 3 staff working at the counter. But after check-in, everything is good and smooth."

"The hotel is conveniently located next to Zepp Yokohama and had special event related to the live at Zepp. We had really fun time and also the breakfast was amazing."
