Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable, and the a/c can get the room cool very quickly (especially nice during summer). Plus the purified water dispenser is a nice feature.

Es war eine sehr schöne und edle Unterkunft mit einem super Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die schönste Erfahrung war, als wir mitten in der Nacht anreisten regnete es. Wir machten uns noch schnell im Regen auf den Weg zu einem Geschäft um etwas zum Essen zu kaufen, als uns dann die Angestellte des Hotels hinterher rannte um uns Regenschirme zu geben. Das hat mich stark beeindruckt. Auf den kleinen Zimmern ist nur etwas wenig Stauraum und wir vermissten sowas wie einen Schrank, aber ansonsten war es wunderschön.

スタッフさんの対応は良かったです。 ホテルのお部屋のお茶など、やはり1階のサービスコーナーから必ず取って上がらないといけなかった。 スタッフさんが10階は全室据え付けてありますと言われたので、何も取って上がらなかったのが悪かった。 内線が無くて、必要な時にフロントへすぐ連絡が取れず困った。 設備説明の不備が一部あり、窓のロールスクリーン操作に気付けず、一晩寒い思いをした。 冬場は毛布の無料貸し出しをして欲しい。 人感センサーライトは、設備費を投資してでも、上部に付けて欲しい。 野鳥の朝食は美味しかったです。 対応も快かったです。 赤ちゃん用のキッズチェアがあると有難いです。
