"料金が安く、当日の予約出来たので良かったです。入室の番号入れる時に低くやりずらい。お部屋までの絨毯がカビ臭い。ベットのマットが深くて柔らか過ぎ、掛け布団は厚く重かった。お世話になりました。ありがとうございます。"

"This was new one for me... a completely unmanned hotel. Check-in is done talking to someone remotely on a video screen; a door code is given to get into the hotel, and another door code to get into your room (there are no keys). The room had a mini-fridge. Instead of a TV, it had a projector and a screen. The place was very clean, although (surprising for Japan) there was a shower but no bathtub. Rooms facing the street will have some noise on occasion, but it's not a big street. A city bus goes...

"全体的に良かったです。ただ、駐車場の場所を聞くのにカスタマーセンターに電話したところ、間違えた場所を教えられました。その駐車場の管理者の方に伺ったところ、毎回間違えて教えているようで迷惑していると仰ってました。実際は150mくらい離れていたのに、建物の隣りと説明を受けました。そこだけ改善して頂ければ最高です。"

"Petite chambre suffisamment confortable pour 1 persone. Il y a assez de rangements. Surtout si vous faites des achats-cadeaux. Possibilité de faire sa lessive pour très peu. Le personnel est très très gentil et serviable. L'accès au bus ou métro est très proche et le quartier très calme. Petits commerces très très proches également. Je recommande ! vivement. "

"Communicatie was heel snel, onze problemen werden goed opgelost. Appartement was leuk ingedeeld, alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig."

"Our initial reaction was that the property was smaller than it appeared in the images, but once we settled in, we enjoyed our stay. The location is great — close to subway and shopping. The washing machine and the in-shower drying are really convenient. The kitchen also has a stovetop, microwave and a large fridge. We would book this place again next time we visit the Tokyo area. "

"電車の音が気になるとの口コミがありましたが私はとくに気になりませんでした。お部屋は綺麗で近くにドンキやコンビニもあったので良かったです。気になる点は布団が汚れていた事でした。シーツがあったので、まだ良かったですが布団や枕のシミは嫌な人はいるかなと思います。 "
