"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The apartment was good, and a special thanks to Elmaz at the reception for her outstanding hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism—she truly made our stay more enjoyable. The only issues were that the safe was not working and, despite being told it would be replaced, it wasn't. Also, the air conditioning could have cooled better. Other than that, everything was fine, and we appreciate the excellent service from the reception team."
