"Parking was close and convenient especially due to rain. Room was clean and had the convenience of a suite with all that you need for a long stay. Beautiful view of the ocean! Renting the additional pots and pans, rice cooker, chinaware and utensils was very reasonably priced. I only wished it had more closet, or shelf space. So we wouldn't have to live out of our suitcase. Staff were very kind, accomodating and very helpful. We would love to stay there again!"

Are you supposed to give them back when you’re done charging people for small amenities such as cooking utensils and so forth seem to be very petty. I probably will not book there ever again."

I was checking in the same day that typhoon “dolphin” was passing over Okinawa, and she was still working and even got my room ready early for me so I was not left out in the storm. The room was spacious, and located a short walk to all of the main attractions in Chatan."
