"My television didn't work and they didn't offer to help fix it.
Also this hotel you can't sit on the patio like other hotels for enjoying adult beverages and watching and eating out there.
I will now look for a future hotel that had a restaurant attached to the hotel so I can legally drink on the patio without a citation issued.
Fyi I didn't get a ticket."

"I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean.
On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate...
