"We loved this place but number one issue they were charging $16 for each trash bag and second so many rules about guest and spending time at property and they mentioned that after we booked the place.Other issue we couldn’t find towel there after 24 hours we found it in dryer and no second key in lock box for 2 familles. Overall place was so clean comfortable and nice."

"It was a very spacious basement. There was lots of room available and the place was clean. It was easy to talk to the host if needed. However, there was some inaccuracies in the listing that added extra fees during our stay. Such as there was no mention as to how many cars were allowed and any extra parking fee was 10$/night. Although it was listed with laudry, there is an extra fee of 15$ per laudry usage. All in all, it was a good place to stay, but the listing wasn't as accurate as it...

"Overall the house and property were beautiful. The only reason I give it a four star is because the bbq does not work very well. In the summer that is an essential amenity for food preparation. A couple of the guys also said there was body hair in the beds. Maybe the sheets weren’t changed?? Everything else was perfect. Communication with property management was excellent!"
