"Multiple issues during the stay - elevator was out of service due to maintenance and was given 4th floor room. Had to use the stairs to go to my room. This would have been okay but my access card didn't work when I returned in the evening. Had to go all the way down to get it recharged. This happened twice which had me climbing up and down four flight of stairs."

"We had 2 issues: 1. The bedroom window was left open that there's about 2 inch gap on the side unbeknownst to us until 11:30p on our first night. My husband was unable to close the window. We called front desk who sent someone who took care of closing the window, but it took awhile. 2. Unfortunately, there were 5 children under 10 yrs old running up and down the hall that same night, bothered us as soon as stepped out of the elevator, and was banging on our door twice. We called front desk who sent someone up. But, the noise continued until the next morning. We've stayed at so many hotels, and never had this happened to us."

"Great place to stay! Breakfast in the morning was really good, loved the omelette bar! House keeping kept my room cleaned everyday. Located in the middle of a lot good places to eat!"

"Staff was very nice but my room was terrible. Sink drain broke immediately and the air conditioner was so loud, I couldn’t hear the TV. Toilet was ridiculously loud as well. They need to upgrade their rooms. "
