"The room was very satisfactory. There was one receptionist who was not super friendly or helpful. They were also very short-staffed at the breakfast bar and buffet, so there were long wait times. I also wish there was more than 1 microwave in the dining area. It would be nice to have microwaves in the rooms. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this as an affordable option in the DMV area."

"The lady at the lobby during the daytime was very professional and not the same happened with the second shift, my room was not cleaned and were telling me that it was my fault.
Breakfasts were good and ALIX made a difference with her service and attention to details basically constantly helping guests; She provided a very good customer service.
Very disappointed with the smell of the room and think that rate is overpriced."

"The shuttle from and to the airport is convenient and the drivers were helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. One of two elevators was not working leading to longer wait times. The breakfast was included, but the ambiance was not appealing to me and I decided to take an Uber and have breakfast in a diner 15 minutes away from the hotel. The hotel is located a couple of miles off the airport and in the middle of residential communities (condos, apartments, ...). For the price...

"Beds were old and mushy. Sheets were worn and synthetic. Although there have been updates in the bathroom, the grout was very dirty. The spigot in the bathroom was loose, held in place with thick grout. Ceiling in the shower patched poorly following a leak. Ugly brown paint is chipped. The only thing good about the room is the carpet was replaced with laminate or vinyl."

"This hotel made travel feel easy mode! The room was so clean I briefly considered taking my shoes off at the door like I was visiting grandma’s house. The staff were friendly, helpful, and somehow always seemed to appear exactly when I had a question. The airport shuttle was right on time, saving me from my usual ‘am I going to miss my flight?’ panic. And the parking? Plenty of space—no need to audition for Fast & Furious just to squeeze into a spot. Would definitely stay here again!😄"
