The good: I really liked how the owner responded to every review on expedia, addressing the concerns of everyone and reminding people that it's just a motel and not the taj mahal. The price point was good. No bedbugs. The staff is friendly and seemed fairly responsive. The "truck side" was not that loud. The bad: The sheets were stained badly. Please just buy new ones. The shower drain backed up. The floors need a good cleaning. This place was just barely clean enough for me to stay here. To the owner... please put more time into cleaning and facilities maintenance. I believe you're right on the envelope of having a decent, cost-efficient motel or a dirty dump that no one want to stay at soon.

Its close to the venue i go to for horse shows, clean, cute and affordable. The staff are super nice, helpful and offer a great sense of hospitality. This was my second time here, and ill definitely be back.

The room was clean and efficient for my needs. It was reasonably priced considering how prices have gone up lately all over. Minimal coffee in the morning but if you are a drinker they sell six packs in the office . Minimal local tv. Extremely basic cable.

No pool as advertised. Very old and run down. Burn holes in bed cover. Restaurant/ bar was inedible. Eggs were so greasy that I couldn’t eat them. It was quiet in spite of being a truck stop so I did get some sleep on rock hard bed. Had signed, saying soft beds, but I believe that was a joke.

Our stay was amazing. The folks were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The hot water was WONDERFUL in the shower. The area felt safe as part of the time I was here alone and felt comfortable. We just purchased a farm in Canfield and will be doing a lot of traveling back and forth until the move is complete. We will also recommend to our family and friends who travel to visit us to stay here as well. Prices are extremely affordable. Thank you Davis Family! Blessings

Another excellent stay at Davis Motel. Great front desk staff. Very friendly and helpful. Loved the new remodel. The plank floors and new paint looked great. Wish all hotels would get rid of carpet.
