The desk staff were super nice. We were traveling with a dog and it was very easy as we parked right outside the door. It was very quiet, never heard a sound and the motel was booked. It was very basic but very clean and absolutely fine for an overnight stay. Not fancy but clean and very reasonably priced.

This was a great place to check in, sleep, and check out at a reasonable price. The owner / manager is a sweetheart, the room was clean, and the mattress was fine. The pillows weren’t comfortable; they had no bend and were too high and knobby, so it was a challenge to find neck support and overall comfort. I would suggest that there be morning coffee somewhere on site.

Great, if you just need a place to sleep

It's not fancy, but it's clean, relatively comfortable and inexpensive. People that work there are very friendly. if you just need a place to sleep, this is it.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly. This is a small inn next to the highway but was surprisingly quiet. It is quite dated but clean. It is a few minutes away from Warren.

this place was good for the price. i stayed 4 nights, and i was pleased with the service, however, you are limited to what you can get, to get some food, or other items you have to drive into town, but other than that. can't complain about it. i enjoyed my stay. recommend for someone who needs to stay a few nights, and don't want to break the bank.

This property is clean, quiet, and quaint. It's a good value for the price. The amenities are slim (this is not a resort) but you get what you pay for. A comfortable bed, and a clean, well taken care of room. For those traveling on a budget or construction, I would highly recommend. There is not much within walking distance (a fairly stocked gas station with a pizzeria) the town of Newton Falls is very close and offers pretty much anything you need in terms of basics.

Clean and a good value. Bare bones for sure but you can’t beat the price. I stay 2-3 nights per year here for the past 6-8 years.

My only complaint would be the water. Getting a shower was definitely an experience. The water changed from scalding hot to freezing cold back and forth the duration of both my showers.
