"The staff was wildly accommodating and kind. We arrived after 1pm and young lady behind the desk welcomed us with a smile, warm cookies and a bag of waters (to beat the heat). Since we were arriving so late, it was challenging to book the room for the correct check in time. She helped us and even allowed for a super late check out. Couldn’t be more pleased."

"The room smell like cigarettes and their were lost of people that were permitted to smoke outside the rooms and all that smell ame inside the rooms I actually feel drain with all that smoke! Rome service never came to check up on the rooms the toilet got clog easily and please assign a specific area for the smoker so other people would not be clog with their mariguanna smells and cigarettes please update that and have rooms service make sure the visitors needs any supplies for their rooms"
