"Serafim is such a great host. Always smiling and with a positive attitude. From the time we arrived, he made us feel at home, literally like we were visiting a family member’s house.
He made sure we had everything we needed and was always available to provide suggestions for restaurants and local attractions.
Serafim is an authorized representative for Xcaret parks - a huge convenience if you want to visit the parks! He also has recommendations for reputable local car rentals.
