"This was a great location close enough to the center of town to walk, but nice and quiet at the hotel. I missed my flight and needed to let them know, getting in touch was a bit challenging, but it all worked out. Very clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds. They held my luggage for 8 days, arranged transportation, etc. I would stay here again."

"Hotel Santa Cruz in Huaraz is the best hotel in town! I booked a mountain view room for 4 nights and was treated to wonderful panoramic views of Huascaran and the rest of the Blancas every morning. "The staff were really helpful and kind, helping me to arrange things with minimal Spanish. The only challenge was the even with the hot water tap turned up full, the water was still too cold to shower in. My arrival was late at night so the hotel may have run out with other rooms having showers before me."
