"The lobby staff were fine. The rooms are a bit old but clean, and there are pools everywhere—it's suitable for families. I had an unpleasant experience where my glasses were stolen; the hotel couldn't really do anything about it, which was a real bummer since there were no cameras in the area. The rest was fine."

Most of all, I loved how the beach was literally right there from the hotel. 5 out of 5. Would come again."

The receptionists were incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was absolutely spotless and beautifully clean. The bar has a really great selection of drinks, and the bartenders made the trip even better—they were so fun that we ended up making friends with them. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"It has everything you need and more. Clean spacious rooms, lobby, restaurant and poolside areas. Indoor pool, gym, steam room and sauna are a bonus. Great service from all staff and especially from the animation team. Food was varied enough with some special themed nights. The drinks selection is good enough with plenty of self-serve options. The self-serve ice cream machine was great as well. Good-sized pools with separate areas for children. A 20-minute walk to Nesebar."
