"服務很貼心細緻，令我們覺得有被細心照顧著的溫暖感受。我們的房間在4樓，能看到美麗的湖景，要離開時真是感到依依不捨。飯店裡沒有電梯，要爬的樓梯不少，但是上下樓有服務人員幫我們搬行李。這次住二晚，細細遊覽奧日光景色，非常美好的回憶。下次再來玩還會選擇這裡。"

"山奥なので心配していましたが施設は綺麗な状態で、露天風呂から見える景色がよく、また、食事もとても美味しかったです。仲居さんの対応も良かったです。ただ、最近は温泉の出が悪い状況らしく、露天風呂は温度調節が必要でした。気温が高い季節であれば、気持ち良く長湯ができそうな感じでした。周辺には観光施設は特にありませんが、大自然に囲まれているだけでも非日常感があってよかったです。市バスは頼めば、宿の入り口で止まってくれます。前日に同じ価格帯の日光市内の旅館に泊まりましたが、満足感はこちらの方が強かったです。また泊まりに行きたいと感じさせてくれる宿でした。"

"We have a family stay during a trip to Nikko. The Hotel is far, and the road have many hard curves, but it was easy to find and worth the cost. The room is big enought to 4 people, warm, comfortable beds and the breakfast was very good and complete. We rented a car, and the parking is at the road in front of the hotel, and free. "

"Lovely hostess very helpful and kind. Located near the Nikko Abyss a must see. A little off the beaten path in a very neighborhood. A traditional property with tatami mats and a great deep bathtub. "The hotel is exactly what I imagined a perfect stay would be like in Japan. It has EVERYTHING I expected. The traditional style, the view, the food, the vibe.. The staff are very welcoming and responsive and helpful. I bought the half board. The breakfast and dinner are wonderful. The location is also great, very close to the sites and nice cafes and restaurants. Strongly recommended! Would definitely stay longer for a week next time in Nikko. "

"I was in Japan for 2 weeks and this was possibly my favorite place I stayed at. The owners are so nice and welcoming. They speak great English, so that made my life easier! The nicest lady showed me around everything and took time to explain every appliance and amenity with demonstrations. They also held my bags for me after check-out so I could explore. The private onsen was fantastic - the afternoon light, and river view, is beautiful. My room (western) was very comfortable. Great walking...

"Superior Room: lovely big space, with western style beds and traditional tatami mat lounge area that can be sectioned off by sliding panels. Aircon a little bit iffy, but mostly worked with a bit of fiddling about, supplemented by opening windows a bit. Quiet, even with windows open – just the soothing sound of the river. Lovely bathroom with twin wash basins, and private shower and lovely hot onsen bath on a private balcony. Large key locked safe in room. Comfy beds with two pillows available...
