We had a great stay. The property is in an excellent location and our room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay again without hesitation

Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. We were in room 1112 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hotel were really quick with replying to queries prior to booking and even had a hand written note and sweets upon arrival to celebrate Loved zaandam. Really pretty town. Train station literally a 2 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. McDonald’s and primark opposite so very good location. If you walk to the other end of town by the flamingo Cassino there are lovely outside bars and...

Room big and very clean, bed very comfortable. Staff were all amazing. Breakfast was really nice, good variety. 2min walk to Zaandam station only about 10 mins on train to Amsterdam Central, and about 25 mins from airport.

The staff are very kind, and their hospitality is exceptional.

Everything was excellent. Our stay at the hotel was brilliant. Excellent service and we absolutely loved our hotel room.

Close to train station and local supermarket. A nice quiet area to stay when visiting Amsterdam. Only a short 12 minute ride from the hotel to Amsterdam Centraal. Very large beds too.

Excellent and close to amenities

Very easy going accomodation, staff are very helpful ,no noise when we stayed. We did not have any issues , will stay again if back in Amsterdam(even though is not central , the bus stop is very close and gets you to the city centre in about 15/ 20 minutes

This hotel is definitely worth 5 stars, best hotel we've stayed at so far in Holland! I stayed here with my boyfriend for his 21st birthday for 3 nights and we were amazed at how great the room was, we stayed in loft 3. The bed was very comfortable, the shower area was lovely with heated flooring which was a nice surprise. The huge bathtub with mood lights was very cool and the comfy seats by the window and complimentary bath robes were great! All the little features including the TV with...

The hotel and the staff were fantastic. I really recommend it to anyone wants to stay in Zaandam.

The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I enjoy greatfully of every premise that the hotel provides. Sauna and spa 10/10 gym and clases 10/10. Small details in the room always matter, snacks in the fridge, coffe for your morning, conditioner, shampoo and bodywash from local premises are just a sparkling inside of my room. 10/10 in cleanliness. Definitely I’m...

Close to the Central Station so a handy location for the eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great base if your happy to walk (or cycle) to the main attractions. I was on the 2nd floor on the corner and outside noise was not issue. At points you can hear the trams rumbling but I didn't find it intrusive. They have a fun little bar that does great cocktails!

Amazing vibe & atmosphere. Loved everything 🙂

Super hotel, greal location. Staff amazing, young Ruben very helpfull throughout stay. Good size room, spotlessley clean, very quiet also. Highly recommend.

Far and away my favourite hotel in central Amsterdam, for either business our tourism. Great location within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas but in a quieter location. Beautiful interiors, welcoming and friendly staff. Drinks and snacks in the blue room are a nice perk before and after a long day of business or sightseeing. Only downside of this is it seems the word is out about this gem and booking well in advance is now essential, I had to stay elsewhere for half of my recent...
