VILLA PLAT - AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!
NEVER GO TO VILLA PLAT!!! First trip to Croatia and very very dissapointed by the way some (especially in Villa Plat) are treating their customers. You need to be alert on every single detail because their only goal is to rob you. Airport transfer, cleaning fees they ask while they are not cleaning the room. I'm really pissed.

Dear Leonard, Dear Leonard, Our only goal is not to rob you. Anybody can see that we do charge cleaning fee and the cleaning fee is something that we charge to pay the people to clean the apartment when you leave. Of course, there is regular maintenance of the apartment that is done on the third day of your stay, and we do not charge the regular maintenance. We offer the service of driving out customers to and from the airport. Basically, we have an in-house taxi service. When you get into the taxi, you do not expect the taxi driver to drive you around for free. I do not even think it is necessary to explain our guests that we do charge them for transporting them around. Any reasonable person knows that the transport is not for free. Thank you for your review and we hope that your anger will diminish over time and that you will realize nobody was trying to rob you.

A place to relax
Excellent stay for off-season time. It is a good price to quality ratio, even if room equipment is not top. I would recommend place for relaxation in couple, since Zadar is near and a city really is worth to be seen.

I didnt like just one hanger for the towel in the bathroom I the room occupied by three people and broom next to the towel. I didn’t like hidden fees for parking 5 euro a day and paying for cleaning a day 3,50 euro when nobody even check the room and empty the trash !!! Nobody ever clean too. The garbage can was so little in the kitchen needs bigger one .Bathroom needs extra hooks for towels. Food ok but always the same , parking space not so big so cars were blocking each other

Thank you for your review. There are no hidden fees, we stated all the fees on the expedia, and we do not do the regular house cleaning if the guests stay for less than 3 days. Cleaning fee that you pay is the fee for cleaning the apartment when you leave the apartment.

Excellent small hotel with swimming pool. Spotlessly clean room very large. Magnificent terrace with a nice view of the sea. We were upgraded to a superior room and decided to stay an extra day because it was so nice. Breakfast included with a very generous buffet and delicious food. Free parking, very accommodating staff

Hidden oasis
Great place to stay, large comfortable room, little restaurant provided good food. Swimming pool was great. Beach a short walk away was a delight, quiet and private. Safe swimming area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Convenient location
The accommodation was a short drive from the airport and situated between Nin and zadar which was really easy to get to. The room we had was large with a sliding door so the children slept in one side of it. There was a kitchen too which was handy. the pool was wonderful and extremely clean with showers and a toilet at the side. At one end of the road there was an Adventure playground for children a bit like Go Ape and at the other a small beach. Nin is about 8km away and that has a sandy beach and is really safe for children.

The apartment was clean. The dinner they served was home cooked, fresh and very tasty. The host and family were very friendly and helpful. The only inconvenience was that the Zadar downtown is not walking distance.

Beach home away from home
We loved our stay it was like being in a home away from home on our travels. The staff were really accommodating and helpful. We loved every authentic meal cooked for us which was included in our free breakfast and dinner. It was really nice to try the traditional cuisine and it was super tasty. The location is really close to the beach and they also have a pool. I recommend future travelers to stay here and we hope to come back one day.

Lovely getaway
I enjoyed my stay at Villa Plat. The owners were lovely and made me feel welcomed. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities that I could have needed. The nearest bus stop wasn't far from the front door. But that particular bus did not run often. The next closest was abouta15 minute walk. But it was an easy walk. Would recommend this hotel to someone planning on driving or riding a bike. As a walker, it was not unpleasant just not as easy.

Clean and lovely, but not near city centre.
Hotel was very clean and lovely. About 15 mins from city centre drive. Bit tough if you don't have a car. We had a car which was fine. Room was comfortable and we got upgraded which was nice. Thought breakfast was included as per booking but found out it wasn't - which was disappointing - appears to be a miscommunication between hotels.com and property. Overall, nice place but need a car to get down to city centre conveniently.

Nous avons choisi hôtel pour la piscine. On nous avais dit que la piscine était chauffée mais l’eau était froide. La piscine était malpropre aussi eau brouillée et cernes sur la céramique autour. Le buffet déjeuner est par contre excellent

Très bel établissement
Très bon accueil d’un réceptionniste français. Nous étions situés dans un bâtiment neuf d’il y a deux ans où la chambre était parfaite. Vu piscine et pas de bâtiment situé à deux pas de la mer. Je recommande cette hôtel pour une escapade à Zadar À condition d’être véhiculé car excentré mais au calme.

Pour les points positifs... Hôtel très propre et très moderne avec de belles chambres et disposant d’une piscine . Petit déjeuner inclus très complet (par contre jus d’orange infecte) Le rapport qualité prix a 48€ la nuit paraît donc excellent mais c’est après que les choses se gâtent.... Cote points négatifs, les frais facturés à l’arrivée comme 5€ de parking par jour où encore 3,50€ par jours de frais de nettoyage (alors que la chambre n’a pas été faite du tout entre notre arrivée et notre départ) viennent alourdir les 48€/ nuit annonces.... Quant au restaurant où ils proposent le dîner c’est une honte de facturer un repas 20€/ personne pour une bière et un morceau de porc grillé avec une cuillère de pommes de terre et une tomate coupée en morceaux !!! Vraiment l’impression de s’être faits avoir !!!! En conclusion les gérants qui se disent être une famille devraient plutôt ajuster leurs tarifs de chambres plutôt que de rattraper de cette manière sur les frais annexes qui donnent l’impression au client de s’être fait avoir.... et je ne parle pas de l’amabilité de l’un des deux frères gérants qui marmonne entre ses dents en Croate lorsqu’on lui refuse l’achat d’un fromage de chèvre local vendu 10€ !!!!!

We explain all our services to our guests upon check in and what they should expect while they stay at our facility during there vacation. Our prices according to season is reasonable. We do offer more activities and contents then any other facility in the region. Our familiy works very hard to please our guests and accomodate there needs. We do offer some of our local cheese and oil that we produce and guests recognize the quality of the product and quality products do have there price. Thank you so much. The part of the hotel you were staying in, is brand new. It is actually 4-star hotel and has a lot of upgrades and new ideas that we implemented because we saw what guests wanted in our aparthotel. We are glad you liked breakfast, and yes, we are very close to the sea. But you also get a heated pool and private parking.

L'appart est fonctionnel et propre. La piscine est agréable et offre des bains de soleil très confortables. L'établissement est à 2 pas de la mer. Par contre, le petit dejeuner est moyen. Copieux pour ceux qui aiment la charcuterie et les saucisses dès le matin. Pour ceux qui sont plus "sucré ", pas de viennoiseries, juste du pain et de la confiture ... c'est dommage.

Thank you for your review! It was a pleasure having you in our Villa. Our parking is 5€ a day, it is safe and protected by gates and cameras. If you go into the city, you would pay 3 hours of parking 5€, with us you get an entire day and we are responsible for your vehicle, it`s even covered by insurance.

Joli appartement dans une très belle maison proche de la mer. Comme beaucoup de maisons à Zadar... Hors saison l'endroit est désert mais au calme du coup... accueil très agréable et petit déjeuner bien copieux. Dommage que le parking soit payant.

Boende för att upptäcka Zadar. Like lite ensligt så bil behövs föra att komma fram ca 150 kr taxi till stan. Rent och snyggt hotell med fin pool.

Une merveille face à la mer
Merveilleuse vue de la mer de notre immense balcon. Petit déjeuner avec un goût de la région, très copieux. Un propriétaire très gentil, nous donnant des directions pour aller voir les villages aux alentours. Chambre très propre et moderne. Une immense et magnifique piscine chauffée. Plusieurs Plages à une distance de marche de l’hotel.

Een gezellig familiehotel.
Het hotel is rustig gelegen, dicht bij het strand waar je gebruik kan maken van zetels en parasols (uitgebaat door een restaurant). Je hoeft er enkel een drankje te nuttigen. Het hotel zelf biedt mooie ruime appartementen en studio's. Het ontbijt is lekker met streekgerechten. Ook 's avonds kan je lekker eten, de kok bereidt een lekkere maaltijd voor 30 euro, all-in. Het domein en het hotel zelf is zeer net. De eigenaars geven graag info over de streek.

Villa Plat est une maison d'hôte assez sympathique dans l'ensemble. dans le détail: Points positifs: Piscine chauffée, vue des chambres, propre en règle général, appartement spacieux, climatisé, grand lit, cuisine avec plaque chauffante et réfrigérateur, personnel gentil, la plage est a 5 minutes à pied avec un restaurant près de la plage Points négatifs: pas de serpillière dans la salle de bain, pas de fer à repasser, le ménage n'a pas été fait une seule fois alors que nous sommes restés 5 jours, nos serviettes n'ont pas été changés, attention il faut payer 1euro si vous voulez des serviettes pour aller à l'extérieur de la villa, la piscine est couverte!! (je pense qu'il y a eu des travaux car sur les photos elle n'était pas couverte) dans l'ensemble c'était bien , une villa dans un quartier calme, donc plutôt pour les familles et les personnes qui cherchent a se reposer. la Croatie est vraiment belle je recommande

Wir waren in der Nachsaison dort und zwar ganz allein. Es war bei den Temperaturen Anfang Oktorber angenehm, daß die Heizung angestellt war, leider aber nur am Abend, so daß es früh im Bad doch ein wenig zu kalt war. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Thank you. Every room has an air condition, you could heat up the bathroom, and the entire apartment if you please. I do not understand why you were cold in the morning if you turned on the AC. It provides an adequate heating for an entire apartment. Visit us again in the summer time, I promise you it will be warmer.

旧市街からは離れているので、レンタカー使用の方が対象になると思います。周囲は住宅やビラが並んでおり、静かに過ごすには良い環境です。屋外温水プールや簡単なレストランが敷地内にあります。スタッフの方々も概して感じの良かったです。
