Vidunderlig beliggenhet

Kan vel ikke kalle det leilighet, men grei overnatting, med en liten kjøkkenkrok. Bad og kjøkken slitt, men rent, og svært vennlige og imøtekommende betjening. Men det beste med stedet er den vidunderlige beliggenheten rett ved sjøen, men også svømmebasseng. Store terrasser tilhørende rommene. Herlig både å sovne og å våkne til lyden av bølge-skvulp.

Extremely well appointed room and facilities, welcoming and extremely helpful staff. Pool and gardens clean, tidy and very well equipped. Within 10m of sea and 15 minute walk of numerous restaurants, cafe bars etc. Easy to exchange currency locally

Quiet villa with spacious apartments near beach

A quaint but very nice villa close to Zadar. The apartment was super nice, clean and quiet. There is a pool on the property but the beach is 5 minutes away. Kristina was a friendly and helpful host. We loved it.

The Villa is located in a Beautiful Seaside Village with picturesque views everywhere. Our balcony had a nice view of a park like atmosphere with the sea in the background. Very nice place

Die Unterkunft ist im Dunkeln sehr schwer zu finden. Die Beschreibung sollte ergänzt werden. Ich war nur 2 Nächte dort.

Vynikající poloha přímo na pláži a příjemné umístění v borovicovém háji, denně čištěný bazén se skokanským můstkem a dostatkem lehátek i slunečníků. V noci je zde naprosté ticho, pouze je slyšet šumění vln. Pokoje jsou prostorné a čisté s pohodlnými postelemi, koupelnou se sprchou a WC, velká terasa s výhledem na moře je součástí. Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál. Naproti přes nefrekventovanou slepou ulici je rychlé občerstvení s barem v borovicovém háji, patřící stejnému majiteli jako penzion. Lze si vypůjčit zdarma jízdní kola nebo loďky na moře. U penziónu je malé dětské hřiště. Ve vzdálenosti od 300 m jsou další restaurace, bary, cukrárny a další velká oblázková pláž s atrakcemi.

Wunderbarer Balkon mit Blick auf Pool un Meer. Bei Hitze lässt es sich im schattigen Garten super aushalten. Kleine, überschaubare Anlage, die Rosmarinhecke und die Lavendelbeete verströmen einen betörenden Duft. Bequeme Betten und dank Ventilator und Klimaanlage lässt es sich gut schlafen. An der Beachbar nebenan kann man sich gut mit Getränken und Snacks versorgen, nach Voranmeldung kann man dort auch frühstücken oder etwas anderes als Burger zu Abend essen. Bäckerei und kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ivana und Kristina sind super herzliche Gastgeberinnen, wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen, Fragen wurden auch im Vorfeld sehr schnell beantwortet.

Mycket trevligt boende precis vid havet med saltvattenspool, strandbar (god enkel mat) och väldigt vacker trädgård. Serviceinriktad och trevlig personal. Ca 10 min promenad till byn där det finns flera restauranger och mindre mataffär. Köp färskt bröd i bageriet mitt emot Konzum. Lägenheten hade AC, mindre pentry med kyl/frys, spis med två plattor och micro. Man får låna kajaker och cyklar.

Perfect place to chill or to explore from

Perfectly chilled week from late night check-in to late check out, I can't believe this place is only rated at 3*. Khristina and the team made us feel so welcome all week, and were so helpful with recommendations of things to do and see, as well as places nearby to eat. As we went in October a lot of the bars & restaurants in the local town were closed as was the hotels beach bar and café, but it didn't bother us at all. The room was clean and comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed for our stay with an awesome view of the ocean, and amazing sunsets. The hotel was a perfect base to explore the local area and is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre of Petracane with some nice cafes, restaurants, and a 20 minute drive to the city centre of Zadar, which has a much wider tourist attraction and more shops and places to eat. The hotel felt such a relaxing place either in the beautiful gardens on a sunlounger or in a hammock of lazing on the waterfront or in the sea. It looks like the hotel had bikes & kayaks to rent/use though we didn't bother with either this time..maybe next time as we will be returning to the Villa Nela for sure!

Mooie tuin met zwembad, direct aan zee. Ligbedden en parasols. Badlakenservice. Zwemtrapje en botenhelling naar het water. Kayaks en mountainbikes te leen. Leuk om te snorkelen. Prachtige natuurparken en historische steden in nabije omgeving. Autohuur wel aan te raden. Dorpje Petrcane op loopafstand met kiezelstrand, restaurantjes, kleine supermarktjes. Appartement eenvoudig maar prima. Kitchenette wat klein om echt uitgebreid te koken. Airco in zowel slaapkamer als woonruimte. Ruim balkon. Badjassen aanwezig.Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Toplocatie!

A very nice cottage located in a beach resort mostly utilized by Croatians. Located about 5-6 miles north of Zadar proper, and there is only one road in and out, so it can get pretty busy at times. Property is located right at the water, and has wonderful facilities. Property can be difficult to find (use Google Maps), but manager was wonderful and very helpful.
