I especially like the modern, cool vibe at this hotel. The guests are interesting, from all over the world. The staff is young and friendly. The coffee/bar area is amazing. The cocktails and cakes great! The restaurant has many local food selections and its breakfast is very good. The location is unbeatable - everything is easily accessible - either on foot (all the city center points of interest), or by tram or car - the parking garage is attached to the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

All of the staff were very helpful. The concierge staff were friendly at check in. It was a nice walk to city centre. The rooms were clean and modern. The rooms were quiet and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend.

Great location, delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and a comfortable and quiet room. The only thing I didn't like was the 'charcoal' scented soaps. It smelled like I had been to a BBQ or standing near an open fire. It's a very strong and overpowering smell.
