This property and the owners are absolutely divine. They belive Zakynthos is a very special place and so this rubs off on you when you stay. There is an overwhelming atmosphere of peace and serenity purposefully curated by Nikos and his family. It is right on the water and close to many taverns. Nikos can also help you arrange any tours you need. 15/10

Kavos Psarou is nothing short of a paradise. The apartments of Nikos and Kiki are down a dirt track that leads to a secluded place a stone's throw from a private beach. The sound and smell of the sea is ever-present, and the view unfolds endlessly from your window to the horizon. Befriend the local cats, let Nikos make you a cappuccino cremoso in the morning, and wander around the local area, sampling delicious Greek cuisine. The best thing about Kavos Psarou is the people who run it: It's a family business that above all makes you feel welcome and puts you at ease. Nikos will greet you with a smile on his face, help you with a friendly manner, and happily answer your questions even if you feel you are being incessant and annoying. Kiki, his mother who lives in the family home nearby the guest apartments, will be as a grandmother to your children, and as a mother to you, so that, by the end of your stay, you will no longer be sure whether you are leaving or returning home. As noted, the location is relatively remote as there is virtually no public transport on the island, so unless you want to stay in the local area for the duration of your stay, or hire a cab every day, you will need to hire a car so that you can drive through the beautiful nature of the island and visit its best beaches. Cabs from the airport are ~£30.

Loved Kavos Psarou Studios

We had an incredible stay at Kavos Psarou Studios and Apartments! It is a hidden gem amid all of the other rentals on the island. Our room and balcony had an awesome view of the Aegean Sea. The room was large and clean, with maid service and air conditioning. It is very centrally located and just steps to the sea. No coffee machine, but there is a tea kettle that you can use to make instant coffee. What really sets Kavos Psarou apart from other rentals is the warmth, kindness and helpfulness of Nikos and his mother, Kiki. Kiki is a sheer delight! Upon arrival, she gave us local olive oil and a chocolate dessert which was to die for. She also invited us to have Greek coffee with her one morning, and it was lovely to sit and chat with her. Nikos and Kiki are also a great help with suggestions of restaurants and things to do. The grounds are gorgeous, with olive trees and flowers everywhere. In addition, the cost of the rental is incredibly reasonable. We shall always have fond memories of our stay at Kavos Psarou and hope that we can return soon! It is a little slice of heaven on earth.

Отель находится в небольшой тихой деревне. Полностью соответствует описанию и фото. Здесь царят тишина, спокойствие и умиротворение. Свой собственный пляж, никаких толп отдыхающих. Все как будто для тебя одного! Хозяин Никос и его мама Анжелика - добрейшие люди! Я получила от этого место намного больше чем ожидала! Очень жаль что были там с семьёй всего 5 дней. Чтобы насладиться этим райским местом нужен как минимум месяц. Рекомендация - берите в прокат авто, иначе сложно добираться, такси очень дорогое, автобусы ходят не часто. Но если не собираетесь смотреть остров- можно и без авто- в 1,6 км от отеля отличный супермаркет.

Die ideale Unterkunft für Ruhesuchende. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und bemüht. Sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand. Die Zimmer haben alle Meerblick. Wer nicht den Luxus haben muss, ist hier richtig. Sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. In fußläufiger Nähe befinden sich Supermarkt, Sandstrand und Tavernen. Jedoch um die Insel zu erkunden, sollte man sich für den Aufenthalt ein Auto mieten. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nochmal buchen, vielleicht dann sogar die höherpreisigen Villen.

1a Gastfreundlichkeit in wunderschöner Lage

Wir waren als dreiköpfige Familie in der Nachsaison dort und haben ein Apartment im Haupthaus bewohnt. Die Lage des Anwesens ist wunderschön, direkt am Meer und von Olivenbäumen umgeben. Ein Mietwagen ist unverzichtbar. Die Gastgeber sind herausragend gastfreundlich, herzlich und versuchen ihren Gästen wirklich jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen! Man kann sich dort rundum wohl fühlen. :-) Die Ausstattung des Apartments, das wir bewohnt haben, war recht spartanisch und dürfte gerne erweitert und modernisiert werden (betrifft Küche und Bad). Die noch ziemlich neuen Steinhäuschen/ Villas sehen dagegen fantastisch aus. Insgesamt war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub mit tollen Menschen und Erlebnissen!

Lovely hotel and nice location

We had an amazing vacation and our stay at this hotel made everything perfect. We were greeted by the sweetest nicest lady. Her name is Kiki And she is the owner. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. There is a beach that was great to do morning swims before our day trips to the many beautiful places this island has for exploration. Kiki gave us a map and was so helpful to tell us about all the places we must see. We had our own car and that alowed us to go all around the island. We couldn't have found a better place to call home for our vacation. We were on the top floor and our apartment was beautiful. The view from the balcony was amazing.

Чудесный отдых в Psarou

Отдыхали семьей 3 взрослых и ребенок 5 лет с 9 по 23 июня 2015 года.Замечательный небольшой отель находится в изумительном месте, среди старинной оливковой рощи. Вечером и утром выходишь на балкон - запах непередаваемый, смесь эфирных масел оливковых деревьев и морского бриза...А вокруг тишина, только птицы поют. Очень доброжелательная и приветливая хозяйка Кики и ее муж. Небольшой минус - супермаркет находится в 15-20 минутах ходьбы, но мы приспособились ходить вечером, когда жара спадает, он работает до 21 часа. А когда взяли машину напрокат - ездили в Lidl, находящийся недалеко от аэропорта. Впечатления от этой поездки у нас только положительные. Советую посетить этот отель всем любителям спокойного отдыха.
