"Overall, the facility was good, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. However, there was some miscommunication regarding the corkage fee policy when I brought my family to swim. The staff on the day shift informed us that there were no corkage fees for food and that fees only applied to alcohol, which we did not bring. Later that evening, a different staff member told us otherwise. We were able to resolve the issue, but it would be helpful if the policy were communicated more clearly to avoid confusion in the future.
Another area for improvement is the shower pressure, which was very low during our stay. Stronger water pressure would greatly improve the experience.
Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay. The 24/7 security presence was appreciated and made us feel safe throughout our visit."
