"uncomfortable room, very warm, people staying were very loud and could hear everything. Breakfast was ok, different options, nothing fancy though and the bread felt stale"

"The photos and descriptions on website are pretty inaccurate. The shower is impossible to use unless you are 3 feet tall. The worst part is the owner chose to throw a New Year party and keep us up until 2 am despite us asking to sleep as we had an early flight. Just an overall disappointing experience "

"The first 3 days when Iryna worked it was WONDERFUL as she went over and beyond to make us comfortable and welcomed. "The airport shuttle driver did not arrive despite the fact it was arranged and paid for in advance. I had to send multiple text messages to the management team at the hotel, then he arrived an hour later. Request the phone number of the driver in advance. The tub in the bathroom does not have a non slip surface or grab bars and one can slip and sustain an injury easily. Otherwise a nice stay in a clean, safe, building with access to several restaurants, the tram, and the subway/ metro close...
