"First time in my many travels I left a hotel, but never expected so many issues during check in. Knowing I would be tired after travel I did online check in, but didn't help at all. When I arrived there was on person at reception with 3 in queue. They have check in machines in the lobby, but both I tried kept freezing at loading reservation. "Fantastic place, clean, fresh, and such lovely staff. Breakfast is a little plain (continental, ham, cheese, fruit, cereal, bread and croissants) but for €8 can't complain."

"Absolutely amazing, the staff was amazing, location was so good about 30 minutes walk to centre and it’s near the zoo. Loved every minute of it. Will 100% be back"

"Muy bien lugar, optamos por rentar habitación para 6 personas con baño incluido, muy recomendable, habitación espaciosa, y no se escuchaba ruido nada ! Hotel a 10 minutos de Rij museum, del Van Gogh, tienes tren, camión todo muy cerca, así como un lindo parque, recomendable!"

"The front desk lady straight up lied to us and told us our stay was cancelled when it was not. There was many communication issues and the banana cake tastes really bad. The showers are also bad they flood the entire bathroom floor and doesn’t have hair dryers but the room was freezing. Also the laundry machines were broken and many trash was left behind in the bed when we checked in"

"This is the worse experience, they fixed the payment credit card, it didn’t work my three credit cards, because they wanted only cash I listed other customers with the same problem, finally a paid with cash, my room was like jail cell 8x5 , not a bathroom, not a single chair to sit on it , we had to put everything on the floor, the bank beds a nightmare, we share a bathroom,the bathroom 2.5x6ft , if you take a shower the toilet and the sink got wet , stairs to the second and 3th floors 6 inch...
