Issues with toilet blockage 3 days in a row.
No provision of potable drinking water which is essential at leat 1litre a day. We're 3.
Entry cards often didn't work.
Small balcony with rain developed puddle.
The property needs major renovation and well trained staff in all customer facing situation, not talking at customers trying to resolve issues."

"We loved our stay at the Grand Hotel Gozo. Really good location and views. Standout were the wonderful staff - all so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot recall the names, but the Portuguese maitre d, reception staff and Hungarian beautician are especially to be commended for their wonderful service.

"We really had a great experience at AC Hotel by Marriott St. Julian’s in Malta. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very well designed and was clean with all the amenities available. Staff was amazing and helpful at all times, from check in all the way to check out. The Breakfast was awesome with many different options available! Fresh fruit, eggs (omelettes, scrambled, etc) upon request! The two pools and fitness center were also very convenient.
