"We had an amazing stay at The House Hotel in Zell am See. A special thanks to Kamil, who was super friendly and incredibly helpful. His suggestion not to rent a car and instead use the public transportation pass provided by the hotel was excellent and made getting around so easy and convenient. "Yes the stay was good. Central location. Only issue was that the is no front desk staff and email with check in code did not arrive in time. Amazon does not have a good setup with the small local places. Communication is usually not great. Thanks!"

"I would not recommend this company or this apartment (The Penthouse) to anyone looking for a warm, comfortable stay after a day on the mountain. On arrival, the apartment was cold. The radiators were on but barely warm, and the overall temperature was uncomfortable. That evening, we contacted the host to explain that we were travelling with our 2-year-old child and that the apartment was too cold. We received no response.
