We had a wonderful stay here, it is a great location and all the staff are outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, especially Chelsea who went above and beyond to help us with tickets and itinerary which made our stay even better. The on site restaurant served a fantastic selection of meals. We would recommend this place to stay wholeheartedly if you are visiting the national park.

Such amazing helpful staff. She helped us plan our entire day to the avatar mountains, and helped translate an allergy my wife had to the chef to accommodate. Rooms were really nice and private, with a beautiful view and comfortable beds. But the best thing about staying here was the helpful staff!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the location is incredible, right by Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, making it the perfect place to stay while exploring the area and its breathtaking sights. What truly made our experience special was the staff. Everyone was so accommodating, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, especially when it came to navigating the parks, planning our visits, and figuring out the best sights to see. A special thank you to Chelsea, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. She was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful, and we genuinely appreciated everything she did for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. We would love to come back!

An unforgettable stay, Exceptional Hospitality at Its Finest! I have stayed in many places around the world, but I can truly say we have never experienced such an excellent level of service at any other hotel before. This is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever visited, and the hospitality we received is unmatched. A massive, honorable mention goes to Chelsey and Robert at the front desk. They were absolutely incredible and went completely above and beyond for us. Their outstanding assistance made our trip perfect. Not only did they carefully guide us through the park, but they were also right there to solve literally every single problem or question we had during our stay. Furthermore, the fact that Chelsey and the rest of the staff spoke such excellent English made a world of difference for us. It immediately made us feel so much more comfortable and genuinely at home. If you want a flawless stay where the staff treats you like family and goes the extra mile, this is the place to be. Amazing stay in Zhangjiajie! The hotel staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist us. The location was perfect — just 5 minutes away from the Avatar Mountain gate, which made traveling very convenient. The hotel view was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!

What a fantastic experience. Starting with the beautiful customer service from the Staff. Nancy help us with some reservations. The location if perfect, close to the entrance to the Avatar Mountain, we walked from the entrance to the hotel and we enjoy that pretty much. If we are going back, for sure we will stay at this hotel.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Zhangjiajie National Park Nvue Resorts. The location is fantastic—peaceful and relaxed, yet incredibly close to the park’s Middle Gate. Right behind the property, there are lovely walking and hiking paths that lead to scenic rice fields, local coffee shops, and restaurants. At the same time, it is highly convenient for visiting downtown and other top attractions like 72 Qilou and Huanglong Cave. The hotel's restaurant is also excellent, serving traditional local Tujia food that you absolutely must try at least once during your stay. What sets this resort apart is the flawless customer service. The staff speaks excellent English, and we were able to seamlessly communicate with them via WeChat both before and during our stay to answer any questions. Since we were only visiting for the weekend, we hired Robert as our park guide for a day. He did an amazing job tailoring the itinerary to our preferences and ensuring we got the full Zhangjiajie experience in a short timeframe. For the rest of the weekend, he went above and beyond acting as our informal concierge—suggesting great local spots to eat and visit, arranging tickets, and offering advice that made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

We stayed four nights over there and really enjoyed it. The hotel arranged the pick up at the airport and came up with daily sightseeing plans which all worked out very well. The staff (e.g. Robert, Nancy, Michael/Min) were all very helpful and supportive. They answered all our questions and marked the sequence of scenic sites/stops on the map for us. They also helped book all the park and show tickets for us which saved us a lot of time. Overall, it’s a great experience for us. We really appreciated it. Ed and family

Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and we truly felt taken care of throughout our entire stay. A special thank you to Chelsea, who was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to help us plan all of our activities in the area. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, and her English was perfect, which made everything so easy for us. Chelsea helped us organize our plans, answered all of our questions, and made sure we knew exactly how to get everywhere. Her service truly made our trip so much more enjoyable and stress-free. Our stay at this amazing family run hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff are extremely helpful, often going above and beyond to ensure your have not only a great stay at the hotel but also that you make great memories whilst in Zhangjiajie. I would return here in a heartbeat.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Ming and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Upon arriving Ming got a map out of the park and advised me on how to spend my two days there. The included breakfast was very robust. The views from the pool/room were awesome and it was dead silent. It's just a 10-15 min walk to the park entrance and it's super easy to get a DiDi called to the hotel to take you into town. The hotel also has a restaurant so it's very easy to do dinner there as well. Can't recommend this place enough :)

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The location is perfect for exploring Zhangjiajie national scenic park. It’s a 5 minute walk to restaurants, 10 min drive to the park entrance, and the staff were so lovely. They provided a map of the park and explained all that there is to do in that area. They also picked me up from the train station promptly and to/from the main entrance to the park the following day. The breakfast was also amazing!
