Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort

Amazing location and staff.

The location and the staff were amazing, especially I have to mention Alex, he inform us incredibly well about what to do in the national park, but also for months in advance, he helped me a lot with the organisation of my trip. I can not be grateful enough to him. The food there also is very tasty. The only thing the bed was to hard , and we are not used to such a kind of mattress.
