"The front desk staff are consistently helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, the service at the gym and breakfast area falls short. Staff at the breakfast café entrance, in particular, can be quite rude and tend to treat guests with unnecessary suspicion, which creates an uncomfortable experience. ..."
