"Wonderful hotel. The absolute stars in terms of the staff were Elena Cherkes and Nina Feng, both in the wonderful Executive Lounge on the 20th floor and serving at breakfast. Nina helped organise a vital business meeting at short notice and Elena was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. I also greatly appreciated the help of Joseph Du at reception/concierge - he went out of his way to help throughout my stay too. "

I took a chance and booked us a location that was off the touristy spot where all the big hotels were - so glad I did - VUE is a hidden gem.
