"My stay was for one night. It was not what I expected. First of all, I arrived around 6:00PM. The desk took about 3-4 minutes to come out of the back office. She did not look very happy to see me. She gave me the impression I had disturbed her in some way. It was all in her expressions. She said, in a sharp voice, can I help you!!! Not so much as a hello or a welcome. She really needs some classes on customer service. "

"The hotel itself was beautiful. Great location. 2 things that were not great were 1.conditioner provided had curdled and was like putting cottage cheese in my hair. Took a lot of rinsing and scrubbing to get it out. Snd 2. Friday night a nearby bar had live music playing very very loudly till 1am. I had a class early sat morning and could not sleep. Otherwise everything was excellent. "

"Decent place. Not the cleanest as there was leftover food on the floor when I arrived but don’t mind that too much. Biggest issue is if you are a light sleeper the walls may be too thin for you. But overall it’s a perfectly fine place to stay. "

"Encountered bug issues in bed and bathtub. Numerous bug bites. Need pest control management as recommended. Do not recommend staying on 1st floor / basement when weather changes from winter to spring (bug infestation)."

"The internet is free but they do not twll you that it is extremely slow. How slow? I could not run a download speed test. Whem I raised the issue the hotel staff said that they had raised it to mamagement several times amd management did nothing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. "
