"Fantastic hotel! Staff were super helpful and attentive. Great central location very close to Mercado 20 de Noviembre. They also provide a 3 hour car service if you want for around $130 dollars which is super helpful for seeing sites such as Monte Albán. The room was small but cosy with lots of amenities provided (including a filter coffee machine which we greatly appreciated!). The rooftop had a stunning view with a small heated pool which was great to relax in after a day of walking around...

"I cannot recommend Ginger Banana enough! The hostel is nice and centrally located. The space is calm, clean, and cute.The space was great, but the best part of Ginger Banana was the people! The staff seriously went above and beyond to help me navigate the city/find tours and make me feel welcome. They helped me feel comfortable and taken care of as a solo traveler. "We had a nice stay at this property, and the host was very kind and accommodating. The location is perfect! The Zócalo is only a few minutes walk away. It's walking distance to other museums, Michelin restaurants, and native, Oaxacan cuisine. Taxis come by every 2 mins. and there are several cafes almost nextdoor. We had the one bedroom apartment with two extra beds and sofa. The apartment is turnkey and has streaming services like Netflix, Disney and Prime. Cleaning comes in everyday if you...

"Great place to stay. Large room with a small balcony and bathtub on the back of the house made it super quiet despite being downtown. Very pretty area within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, and some of the tourist attractions. I’d stay there again when in town next time."

"Centrally located. All aspects were good. The included breakfast had a number of good choices. We ate a couple of times at the pool which was a lovely experience + shout out to the bar person at the pool who was very friendly. The street level rooms can be a bit noisy but the sound proofing is pretty good and earplugs worked. "
