"Las instalaciones del hotel estan bien mantenidas, es limpio y ordenado. El gimnasio bien equipado, con sala para pilates suelo o yoga. Sauna impecable! Tiene un kids club lindo con varios juegos para los niños (de mesa o video juegos). La ubicación del hotel es 10/10, solo hay que cruzar una calle para llegar a la playa. Se puede ir caminando a varios restaurantes vista al mar. La playa frente al hotel es muy agradable, con reposeras y quitasol. Cabe destacar el desayuno buffet y la atencion...

"Most staff very friendly & helpful. NO TV station with English language. Too restrictive on allowing friends or family to ENTER hotel, to visit friends & family. Little English in menus or wine lists. For Portuguese speakers, a good hotel with decent prices. And nice location on ocean beach. But for English speakers, we would NOT recommend CDesign Hotel."

"The staff were unhelpful and definitely not a place to stay if you are an english speaking tourist. At times, they will not be able to help any requests and will speak about you to eachother in front of you. If asked for help, staff will leave to “fix the issue” and disappear for 10 minutes despite telling you it’ll be a few minutes. Upon retuning, they’ll greet coworkers, go behind the counter and “work” on stuff until approached again regarding request. Definitely needs better staff but...

"The room was clean and the reception staff had flat affect and not very friendly. The card key malfunction several times and had to come down to reception 6 times to correct it. The staff at the front desk weren’t very friendly and or very helpful."
