I booked a Standard Room, but in my opinion, it should only be rated as a 2.5-star hotel. When I checked in, I noticed that the room had a terrible smell. I had to leave the ventilation fan running all night just to make the room more comfortable.
The next day, my room was not cleaned at all, and I was not given any appropriate explanation as to why housekeeping...

Somehow you can use full TV apps in sao paolo but not in this hotel chain. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Would not stay here, best go with recognized chains.
Advertised tours at front desk also hugely overpriced. Do your research and get a local tour, way better value."
