"Shuttle was great to Mayo. Property very worn. No automatic room hosekeeping. Desk staff was polite but very poor personal appearance."

"Got back from our event at 1015 and was locked out of hotel and room. Waited a very long time for someone to come help at the desk. The lobby was full of people still at 10 - and they were all still waiting to be checker into their rooms. Some has been waiting hours! Check in times are at 3- so these people had reservations and were still waiting for a room at 10 pm. We were there for 3 nights and asked for garbages to be taken out and that never happened. "

"The pool was much smaller than anticipated, but I didn't really inspect the photos either, maybe five or six kids could play nicely. The staff was amazing and efficient! The food was okay, hotel breakfast is always hit or miss and we knew that, we still filled up and appreciated the offerings! After checking out, the staff actually called me when they found my glasses in our room, I appreciated that as we were still in Rochester and could return for them! I would stay here again."

"The breakfast was good. It was a standard continental breakfast. The lady that was helping Friday night was very friendly and helpful. However, the room is advertised as a 4-person room. My older daughter had to sleep in a friend's room as we had a double bed with a pull-out couch. Which was fine until we go to open the pull out and we had no sheets, a majorly stained mattress and it was a twin bed! How were we sleeping 4 people in that room? My kids are 13 and 15 and neither one would fit on...

"One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside would be the parking situation, which the staff was very helpful in explaining it. I also love how i cant hear people out in the hallway or next door. Lots of privacy and rest."

"Staff was nice. Room was mediocre at best. Stove in kitchenette rusted and unusable. Utensils for cooking had to be purchased (not just in room as advertised). Breakfast was almost nonexistent. "

"The room was very clean and quiet. We will definitely be back the next time we are at Mayo. They even have a shuttle. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Cody at the front desk made our stay wonderful!"

"We love this hotel! It’s so convenient to the Mayo Clinic Hospital and only 15 mins away from the airport. Everyone we have encountered at the hotel was super helpful and very friendly! We love that they were able to accommodate an early check-in for us since our son was having an allergic reaction due to his medication and needed to rest after a day-long of traveling. We will always stay here when we need to visit the Mayo Clinic for our son’s treatments. "

"Okay stay. Bed linens were a bit ratted and dingy. Bunch of snags on them. No parking unless using Valet for $30.00, otherwise there is parking in the ramps and walking over. No breakfast included in stay, however there was a breakfast for a fee. It was Nice to be connected to the skyway, and close to things downtown, even within walking distance. Straight forward bare bones pool, small in size, but enough for a few kids to get some energy out. Overall, good. Would Stay again. "

"Tv and WiFi didn’t work when we arrived. It was fixed promptly. Called an hour before room service was to end and they wouldn’t answer the phone. The front desk to me I had to go get it myself. Why have room service? Parking was whoafully inadequate. Food from the restaurant there was very good though."

"We rented 2 rooms, 614 and 612. 612 had missing tiles from the ceiling in the bathroom, and the couch had stains on it (disgusting). The bed though it appeared made had long dark hairs in the bed. Room 614 was clean and comfortable, but the couch and recliner appeared well used and the carpet was stained. I am sad. The hotel had a great restaurant, bar and breakfast. I would love to stay again for simply those features, but the rooms...no."
