Hum, I'd rather avoid this section. Comfort is highly inappropriate for the price. No parking, bathroom bigger than the room, noise... everything included... Last time!

Parking is nonexistent and a big problem if you have a car. Room has no amenities including hooks to hang your towels. There is little room for suitcases.

It's a low cost option one may consider for one night stay. There is a train tracks work right across the street now and works start very early in the morning... throughout the day. In addition to that if your room is facing the street you'll get a lot of cigaret smell from people smoking outside the hotel ...

Hotel has no staff. Payment at check in rather than time if booking is not good. No new towels and soap was needed in the shower. Charge extra for room cleaned. Price is too high plus no service or breakfast.

It was pretty much like staying in a jail for few nights. Everything was so bare that you could think the place was robbed. The bed was also quite hard. But it was cheap so I guess it was ok.

It’s hard to communicate with the staff of the hotel because there is no one there, so it’s not efficient in case you need something fast. The bedrooms are old and not good taken care of.

The rooms were too hot. The window opening did almost nothing because we didn’t have a fan. We called and asked for one but didn’t get it. The room was pretty clean except for the floor. Idk why they ask about eco friendliness because it’s literally owned by an airline company. lol. Would have been okay if it wasn’t so hot with nothing to help.

The room is fairly spacious but lacks a table, chair and closet. So you end up dumping all belongings onto the floor. There is no staff/front desk - checkin is automated. If you are lucky, you get a room on the quiet west side. We were unlucky and got a room on the east side right next to the train tracks. An alarm goes off near the tracks every time a train passes by. There is no air conditioning which was a problem since it was hot during the summer. As a budget option I would recommend it though. WIFI was very fast.

Relatively cheap but not worth it.

The hotel was clean and in a good location. However, check in was not seamless-had to call easyHotel because the kiosk was not working. The rooms were set up good. WiFi was not working on anyone’s phone. When reached out for assistance, we were told to turn the phones on/off and then the password would work-it didn’t. The bathrooms were small; this would’ve been okay if the shower would drain. The shower could only run for 2 minutes before over flowing. Not ideal. It was hot in Zurich during the stay. They had fans - which was a bonus. But out of 8 fans, we had only 2 that worked.

Horrible experience

Terrible service, I got a humiliating email reply after the request of changing the room. I cannot believe they scam costumers with wrong photo and feel there is no problem with it. Even I mentioned that the room's condition is not like what I have seen in the photo, they say there is other photos. But there aren't any of them showing the actual room. Our room was tiny, shower booth was just built poorly just next to your headboard of your bed and this was not mentioned in the photo. I just had one night sleep and moved right away to the other hotel.

I have no problem with the self-check-in, low staff business model. But in a five day stay the room was cleaned once, the one time I saw the manager she was incredibly rude about the bike I stored, lack of A/C made sleeping incredibly uncomfortable, the tiny bathroom had a clogged sink and leaking shower head, and loud train track construction started promptly at 7 am (I know, not really their fault, but…). Wipking a great location, however. Cannot recommend this place.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 days, I did not know that it was located in industrial part of the city, during day time construction noise was very disturbing, had to walk to tram around half miles. There is no grocery store or cafes nearby. When I woke up in the middle of night I saw spider walking on the wall, it freaked me out fr. Also what I disliked most of all is there is no human in the hostel to serve, I know its auto check in, but it would be better to make check in time around 2 pm at least, because tourists like me who arrive during boiling weather want to shower and put things in the room then go explore city.
