The room was comfortable but a little small but for the price it was adequate. Evening meals were limited to re-heated frozen foods which were adequate but there are several restaurant nearby in the city centre (10 minute walk) Parking is 8SF with plenty of space. Breakfast was basic but also adequate.

Great value
Not the best hotel going, but reasonably priced for Switzerland. Perfectly comfortable and clean for an overnight business stay. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel for short stays. Very clean. Convenient located - around 15 to 20 minutes walk from main station.

Ibis - great value...My best decision of the week!
This was 100% OK for my trip and I am glad I didn't pay extra for a fancier hotel closer to the town centre. Staff were helpful and my room was perfect, so no complaints. There is a gym across the road, shops close by and a short walk to the office.

Great Service
The staff was extremely friendly. Great food for breakfast and a late dinner option. The access from highway, to local shops and restaurants, and to tourist attractions was great!

Budget hotel 20 minutes from Zurich
It was a comfortable hotel, budget about 20 minutes from Zurich. Parking is $9euro/day. Rooms were a little worn but they gave us a small suite with bunk beds which was great for the kids.

Great hotel, great service and friendliness, only complaint was that this is advertised as a hotel with air conditioning. I, in fact, chose it specifically for this and drive out of Zurich as there are few hotels with air conditioning and there is a bit if a hear wave going on. While it blew air, it was by no means effective and we were fairly miserable all night. Quite disappointed with the "comfort" of this hotel for this reason.

First, I'm sorry to hear you experienced some discomfort with our air cooling system. I know that we faced some unusual hot temperature these last weeks. Our system is not an air con only climate control. This means that the air pumped into your room via the fan has been filtered and heated or cooled to bring its temperature up or down to an unalterable preset level for the whole building as compared with the ambient temperature outside. Then, we are delighted you found our staff helpful and friendly during your stay with us. I will share your comments with our team. Comfortable, good value
Spent a quick night here before leaving the next day. Clean and comfortable accommodations (on the small side, but very well decorated to give the appearance of space.) Friendly staff. Smaller recessed outlets, so if using a converter, it would have to be on the more petite side. Good value for our money. Would stay here again.

Not suitable for a family
All the rooms are meant for two persons only. There is a folding chair in addition to the double bed. We stayed with our 11 year old daughter so they converted the chair into a twin (single) bed which totally blocked access to the closet. This forced us to keep the luggage in the walkway making access to washroom difficult. Further, this twin bed reduced the room space making it more cramped. The hotel staff were not at all helpful and listened to us only after we were persistent. They promised to bring their Manager the next day to look into the issue but no one visited us afterwards. They charged us for three persons when the room had capacity for two only. The services were terrible too. No glasses were provided to drink water. We had to go to reception or bring the glasses to our room every time we needed to drink water. We travel a lot but never had such a terrible experience. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay with kids.

The hotel was well placed, as Switzerland is always excellent for public transportation. The hotel was clean and tidy; the staff were friendly and efficient. There wasn't really much by way of facilities, tea and/or coffee making in the room would have been much better. That said this is reflected in the inexpensive nature of the hotel.

One overnight stay for a friends wedding nearby. Room would have benefited from a mirror on the desk. Clean and comfortable though , late check out (12pm)
