best for young travelers who don’t mind being on a slightly noisy street (the rooms also have VERY thin walls, so you hear your neighbors, but that didn’t bother me). incredibly clean and modern. the only thing was the shade in the bathroom didn’t close, so the toilette was viewable from the street, i just hung up a towel to cover it and it worked just fine. overall great stay. felt very safe as a solo female traveler.

The property was very clean and in a great location. The bathroom set up was awful. The toilet was separate from the shower, and the blinds didn't fully close so people could see you using the toilet. There was no manual on how to use the air con system, this had to be requested online. Unfortunately I had a noisey neighbour who had a very creaky floor and smoked a lot so the smell would come into my room. Not great.

Property location was excellent. Within walking distance to Main Street Bahnhofstrasse and Zurich Main Train Station. In addition, on the first floor of the building there is a restaurant La Lup which is very convenient and great ambience to have a cup of hot chocolate, orange juice, espresso and breakfast too.

It took about 45 minutes to get the code to go to the room. It was right on a tram line and extremely noisy. The air conditioner did not work and because of the noise, you couldn't have the window open overnight, so it was so hot, I couldn't sleep.

Die Junior Suite ist ein Albtraum. Kein Platz für Gepäck und Kleidung. Nur 1 Hacken an der Tür für einen Bademantel. Ausstattung Küche spartanisch. Kommunikation auf deutsch nicht möglich. Gesprächspartner können nichts entscheiden. Antworten kommen dann per SMS aus Polen. Ich brauch diesen Stress nicht.

Me gustó, sólo una cosa para nada me gustó, que el WC está en un cuartito que da a la calle con ventana, si en la noche prendes la luz ,es como estar en una vitrina para que te vean los de la calle, por mucho que bajas un todito. Eso se me hizo super incómodo. Lo demás está excelente

Excelente todo. No encontraba los instrumentos de cocina y estaban en el armario. Sin embargo ellos me acercaron todo rápido. La atención del chico del bar también fue muy cordial.

The apartments are very central but the lack of information was very big with no info on how to check in/out and the rooms did not feel very clean with only cleaning once per week.

L’appartement était assez petit mais bien pensé, sauf pour la douche dont 15cm se retrouve entre la fenêtre et le rideau permettent d’obstruer celle ci. Même en descendant le rideau extérieur, une partie d d’la douche reste bien visible depuis l’extérieure (je l’ai bloqué en mettant le bas du rideau sur la tablette de la fenêtre pour avancer celui-ci dans l’alcove de la fenêtre). J’ai vu plusieurs avis évoquant le bruit de la ventilation et je confirme qu’à mon arrivée en journée, elle était bien présente mais elle est visiblement coupée la nuit alors le bâtiment, bien qu’ancien est très silencieux (j’ai juste pu entendre des personnes emprunter l’escalier mais rien de gênant). Le système du code est vraiment bien pensé et le service client très réactif (étant arrivée en avance j’ai demandé et obtenu le code et son activation à mon arrivé).

Det står at det er en 5 stjerne hotell. Men den er en appartment med kjøkken. Vi var der i 8 dager. Aldri rengjort i hele 8 dager. Ingen ansatte etter kl 15
