"In the states we would call this a motel. The staff was AMAZING but the facilities are just very worn and outdated. My friends shower curtain fell down. My arm chair in my room had a very bad odor."

"Great location. With sunset view, a hand full of close restaurants. The restaurant on-site was amazing! The staff in all roles went out of their way to be friendly and accommodate requests. Every room seems to have a unique feel. Views in the upper floors are out of this world but for some the stairs may be an issue. Glad we booked here. "

"Not a flash resort hotel, but sat on the working marina watching the comings and goings was a fascinating watch, and the affiliated Coconut Grove Beach Club is 5 minutes walk along the beach if you need to lounge on the beach. The Loft restaurant/bar had great views, friendly staff and killer rum punches, you have been warned!"

Friendly and helpful staff. Location can loud with passing vans, dogs barking. Slight bug problem on ground floor. "
