"Always an awesome stay! This is our go-to hotel in Chania. The rooms are quiet and spotless. The staff from the front desk to dining room to housekeeping are always professional and friendly. The location is perfectly situated at the far end of the harbor with lovely views. Yet still within walking distance of great restaurants and plenty of shops. The breakfast is stellar. And the onsite restaurant offers some of the best homemade dolmades we’ve ever had. Next time we will try the made-to-order galaktobouriko. An added bonus is their onsite parking. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Facilities are great, as is the service. The only (minor) downside is location is somewhat outside Chania. Taxi is €15 and is easily booked by the hotel. We would definitely go again."

"Amazing, very family friendly resort, sparkling clean, very friendly staff, amazing food, mini club, animation team-all was great. Rooms of a great size, special thanks to our cleaner. We’ve stayed with own pool and it was of a great size, very private, we could relax by the pool while our baby slept inside."

"The room was clean, but poorly designed. We were in our room and could not use the closet or dresser because the doors don't open because the bed was in the way. Our family members stayed in a different room and had a totally different tv then ours and channels. They had a smart tv, and we had a computer screen. The room was comfortable and we had a great view of the water. No front desk after 6pm and bar closes at 9. I would say it’s good for those who want quiet and relaxation. Cleaning crew was good. We didn't eat the breakfast or try the restaraunt as we were up and going before they opened. Overall it wasn't bad but I thought it would be a lot better based on the instagram page and price of hotel. Still not a bad place though and I would recommend it to my elders. "
