"There was a problem with the booking. I was verbally promised a room on the 2nd floor as all rooms were taken on the 1st floor when I booked in Feb. However, upon check in I was given a room on the 3rd floor. I have mobility issues and there isn’t an elevator. The hotel apologized and said it was ..."

"Great location and price, Our room was clean, Employees were nice and helpful. Downside was no breakfast was offered and the pool and hot tub were not working. Property could use some updates. Overall I will stay here again."
