"The Flamingo is big, 28 floors of over 100 rooms/floor. My room was kept immaculately clean, it was modern, pleasant and serviceable. The lobby gets chaotic, with long queues a pain, and one worker there was very unhelpful and snobbish. My friend who stayed on the same floor as me was distressed ..."
