The air conditioner is extremely noisy and will keep you up. The place is right on the street so you hear traffic all night. The fitness center has hardly anything and the one machine was broken. We actually couldn’t get a refund so we paid for another hotel rather than stay there

We stayed here one night because we were cruising the next day out of the Port of San Diego. Hotel is older and showing its age a bit. Rooms are very large. Location is great for port and Embarcadero area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Our daughter absolutely loved sitting on the patio and watching the ducks, which was such a sweet little highlight for us. We’d definitely come back again.

Upon arrival , the room carpet was dirty, due to high volume we couldn’t switch rooms . Food was expensive and skimpy, the staff barely knows all the new rules .
