I highly recommend this hotel .. you have a free shuttle bait that takes you to the ferry , the iconsiam shopping mall .. we’re greeted as soon as we arrived they quickly took our luggage from our van transport .. and quickly checked us in .. I got the breakfast buffet included and it was delicious.. ...

Room was not cleaned and asked for room to be cleaned next day and service was never done. The night stands were dusty and floor was dirty. Shower did not drain completely

Front desk while checking others in explained the rooms Expedia offered were not available. It would be 20 more on top of a 25 dollar resort fee to check in with the others. Laughlin is a dying town the same owner closed the hotel next door for having no occupancy. To lie to us after coming for 20 ...

The overall experience was disappointing. The breakfast was not good. The rooms were not very clean. On top of that, the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful, which negatively impacted the entire experience. I would not recommend staying here.
