The staff was very friendly and attentive, they have a great communication system through txt and they are very responsive! Unfortunately, the room was not in the best condition, the kitchen outlet was not working. I also noticed mold in one of the pillow cases.

The room had an infestation of ants and it was cold out. Saw some silver fish by the washer and dryer machine. Sheets were filthy. Stained yellow. Toilet has residue from previous people. Only positive side was the pool looked clean and beautiful. Otherwise not worth the stay.

Very close to Kyoto station, the room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good, lots of variety and delicious food. I also enjoyed the open air layout of the hotel.

The room was great but we got stuck in the elevator and when we called for help, they said they would have to charge us a fee. Luckily, we finally got out without having them to come. Also, only shampoo in shower and no conditioner.

We enjoyed the slides and pool. The room was clean amd updated. The only issue was yhe water pressure in the showers. There was not a lpt of pressure to wash the soap off. The staff was friendly.
