"This was a good hotel, and extremely convenient to the airport. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the bed comfy. The only improvement I would make is the pillows. Out of the five on my bed, not one was without lumps. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel."

"The best place to stay in Kodiak. But, Kodiak is a small town with lots of hard workers. Do not expect the Four Seasons. You can expect a clean room (daily), friendly service, close proximity to shopping and restaurants, good food on premises, shuttle service to/from airport, fresh cookie upon check-in, ..."

Talkeetna Wilderness Lodge and Cabin Rentals
"This place is amazing! The cabin was clean, comfy bed, perfect little kitchen, and screened-in porch. trails on the property to a creek. Owners so friendly . Wish we could've stayed longer. Will stay again and recommend to everyone. SMores and a campfire-nice touch!"
