Forest Park Hotel
The rooms were nice, but we did have to wash the coffee maker. It looked like someone was making coffee out of sand. Jay at the front desk was excellent, and the checkin was smooth. We arrived late, so he gave us a late checkout. Thanks Jay

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge
We had stayed at JPL many years ago annd we enjoyed it then and although the recent forest fire affected the overall lodge it was still an enjoyable experience. Much of the main lodge was closed for renovations so there is no way to comment on what that would have done for our experience.

Tonquin Inn
Hot tubs could have been hotter, jets did not work. Icefields parkway was closed due to avalanche (I’m in Calgary) and staff was not accommodating regarding cancellations or re booking, had to drive 6.5 hours around to get there in a storm, not happy about that.

Miette Mountain Cabins
The check in was really easy and the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was even better than expected and I really enjoyed my stay. The only downfalls were that the vent in the bathroom was extremely filthy, which I told staff at checkout. To which they replied they’d mention it to cleaning ...
