"Air Conditioner quit working in the middle of the night. Front desk pretty much said sorry touch luck. It was very unprofessional. University Plaza Hotel and Convention Center Springfield
"Rooms need to be updated. Doors have torn up areas at the bottom. Walls have marks and smugs on them, the desk chair will not rise due to broken hydraulics. Front entrance needs the sidewalk power washed. Inside front windows above the front door has extremely dusty sills with bird droppings."

"Over all, it was very nice. A little rugged and was not expecting a cabin type of room for a resort. They had some really good activities at the resort (to cold to swim) and it was mostly cloudy and rain...not their fault. The staff was very nice."
