It certainly isn't the best in a anyway. I mean even their OCR is probably so dated, and the entire form experience is soooo much steps and friction etc. I mean given they have 24hr concierge I'd make it super duper seamless to a single step, upload doc and submit. Nothing else should be there. I don't know anyone who...
